Entices with layers of honeyed peach, crème brûlée, and a hint of pear, laced with a delicate minerality. Full-bodied and textured. A creamy mid-palate is balanced by toasted pear and ripe stone fruits. The finish lingers with warm winter spices and a whisper of oak.
Harvested at 22.4-23.9 brix, destemmed and allowed to sit on skins for 8 hours prior to pressing. 100% Barrel fermented and allowed to complete ML with weekly bâtonnage for the first 3 months, once a month after.
