Aromas of peach, nectarine, honey, and a touch of minerality carry through to a richly textured palate of juicy green apple and zesty citrus. The finish is long and layered, with a vibrant spine of acidity and subtle tannic grip.
Barrel fermented with partial ML. Aged sur lie, barrels received bâtonnage once a week for the first 3 months and then once a month. 12% of the lot was fermented on its skins for 21 days, enhancing structure and texture.
