Tasting notes
Deep and inky. Reveals a seductive nose of black cherry, plum, and chocolate, with a hint of spice, evolving into earthy undertones as it unfolds. Bold and textured, with layers of briar berries. A long, luxurious finish lingers with cocoa, espresso, earthy black fruit, and spice. Decadent yet grounded, rewards patience and promises complexity in every sip.
Petite Sirah was destemmed and sent to tank for 14 days on its skins. Once dry, it was pressed, settled, and sent to barrel. Syrah received similar treatment plus a 5-day cold soak before fermentation.
