2022 Grenache
Tasting notes
Beautifully structured with inviting aromas of wild cherry, black tea, and dried herbs, layered with hints of sagebrush. The palate is vibrant and complex, offering ripe cherry, white pepper, and earthy black tea, wrapped in a full-bodied texture.
The Grenache was 40% whole cluster and 60% whole berry. After a 5-day cold soak, the lots were inoculated and fermented with twice- daily punchdowns and pumpovers, spending 30-45 days on skins before pressing.
