A lively blend of Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah, offering juicy red berries, plum, and vibrant acidity, layered with savory notes of sage and peppered bacon. Refined yet approachable with a balance of fruit, spice, and earthy elegance.
The Carignane was destemmed and fermented whole berry, spending 2 weeks on skins before pressing. The Grenache was 40% whole cluster fermented, and the Syrah 33%.
