Tasting notes
This Mourvèdre– Syrah–Petite Sirah blend opens with aromas of briar berry, currant, forest floor, and a hint of bacon. On the palate, rich raspberry and espresso notes unfold, supported by soft tannins and balanced acidity. Medium-bodied with a smooth, approachable finish, it’s savory, layered, and satisfying.
Production notes
Petite Sirah was destemmed and fermented on its skins for 14 days before pressing, settling, and aging in barrel. Syrah and Mourvèdre underwent a similar process, including a 5-day cold soak prior to fermentation.
