The following terms will be emailed to you for your records:

• We kindly request that you remain in the club for at least 1 year (or 3 releases). Cancellation will only be considered after the minimum requirement of 3 release orders has been met. Requests to discontinue your membership must be received 2 weeks before any scheduled processing. 
• Wine club release orders are non-refundable if a cancellation request is made after our scheduled processing. After 30 days from a purchase, no refunds will be considered.
• Your credit card on file will be charged in advance of each release.
• Your club membership will automatically renew annually and can be changed at any time. You may cancel or edit your membership by logging in to our website www.casquewines.com or by contacting our wine club manager at club@casquewines.com.
• Your membership can be put on hold at any time should you need to skip a release. Club benefits (complimentary tastings, discounts etc.) will not be available until the membership is taken off hold, credit card on file is confirmed, and the most recent club release has been purchased.
• Should credit card on file fail to process for one or more release, your membership may be placed on hold. Club benefits (complimentary tastings, discounts etc.) will not be available until the membership is taken off hold, credit card on file is confirmed, and the most recent club release has been purchased.
• Orders unclaimed past 60 days may be shipped with applicable fees charged to the member’s card on file.
• Orders unclaimed for longer than a year are subject to substitution
